Continuing in our series of modern minimalist homes are the Twin Houses, constructed in a partnership between architect, developer and client in the North Coast’s luxury residential estate, Brooklyn.

By using a limited colour palette and locally sourced materials in combination with an open floor plan and ‘disappearing’ doors which invite you outward, we have developed the ultimate home for the sophisticated First-Time Home-Owner. The Twin Houses are designed to speak an almost identical language externally while internally they cater to two very different family needs with one focusing more on privacy while the other is more suitable for entertainment.
