While not our first project in Elaleni, Plantations House 1 is our first home within the Plantations precinct, setting the tone for a series of contemporary residences shaped by the estate’s coastal forest setting. Designed in partnership with Project UP, it reflects our ethos of simplicity, connection, and nature-led living.

Now under construction, the home embraces open-plan living that flows onto terraces and gardens, with natural light and tactile materials creating warmth and harmony throughout. With other homes already in progress and more concepts on the horizon, House 1 signals the start of an exciting new chapter for Plantations, where architecture and landscape meet in balance.
