Zululami House 1 is debut home in the developing north coast estate. The home is for our happy Brooklyn developer following a successful multi-unit spec house venture in Brooklyn Estate over the past two years.

Aesthetically, we have proposed a simplistic and linear approach to the flow of the home while highlightimg the natural context and using a limited palette of colours, textures, and materials. The home comes together with a playful yet sophisticated balance of charcoal and white paint on both plastered and exposed brick, natural hardwood timber cladding, decking and exposed structural elements, and charcoal roof sheeting as well as wall cladding on the upstairs open-plan studio.
